Questions before you begin
Do guests need an account?
No. Each person opens a personal invitation link and can RSVP immediately. Optional Google linking only helps them find the invitation later.
What makes Premium different?
Premium brings the complete before, during, and after-event experience together: advanced planning, presentation, live-day tools, photos, memories, and analytics.
Is this a subscription?
No. Premium is €79 once and remains active for 18 months. Standard is €39 once for 12 months.
Can different guests see different information?
Yes. Content can be public, public-link-only, invited-only, limited to selected groups, or secret. Agenda rows have the same privacy model.
Can I use it for something other than a wedding?
Yes. VowBoard supports parties and other celebrations; non-wedding events replace gift features with shared tasks, items to bring, and volunteer roles.
Are reminders automatic?
No scheduled server reminders run in the background. Hosts deliberately send RSVP email reminders or phone announcements, while timed agenda reminders come from each guest’s own calendar.
Can I try Premium before paying?
Yes. A new verified organizer can activate one 7-day Premium trial on one fresh event. It does not start automatically or require a card. After it ends, Premium data stays stored and returns immediately if that event buys Premium. Changing hosts cannot restart the trial.
